Why do so many great artists end up as wrecks? Because they don't know their own power. And they don't face the power of their works. They have much more power and responsibility than they realize. And each time they make a work they use some of this power and create a big bundle of energy out there. And it "goes off" (a big energy emanation can seem like an explosion), and it scares them. So next time they withdraw a little. And pretty soon they hurriedly hide every time they release a work, and carefully don't look at it. And so they are doomed. For the energy that you hide from is what will destroy you. It is the only thing which will destroy you, this is the big irony of the universe. When you create something, hold it. Hold it as it goes off, and take responsibility for it. Control it. Own it. This way it will never hurt you, and you will get stronger and stronger instead of weaker and weaker. There is also evidence that being in good physical shape is important. Because a weak body will drain your energy spiritually, and you will not have the force necessary to manipulate the biggest energies.
